After gathering all the necessary information, our team of designers will begin conceptualizing your landscape design. Using advanced 3D modeling software, we’ll translate your ideas into digital renderings that provide a realistic depiction of how your outdoor space will look once completed.
We’ll work closely with you throughout the design process, sharing the initial 3D renderings and incorporating your feedback to refine the design further. Whether it’s adjusting the layout, experimenting with different plant selections, or fine-tuning specific features, we’ll collaborate with you to ensure the design meets your vision
and expectations.
As the design progresses, we’ll create more detailed 3D renderings that accurately capture the textures, materials, and lighting of your landscape. These renderings provide a comprehensive visualization of the final design, allowing you to see every aspect of your outdoor space in vivid detail.
Once the design is finalized and meets your satisfaction, we’ll present you with the complete set of 3D renderings for final approval. This ensures that you have a clear understanding of how your landscape will look and feel before any construction begins.

The Design Fee Is Structured Based On The Size Of The Project:
Small Projects
(e.g., .2 acre and under):
- Design Fee: A fixed fee at $1500
- This fee covers the initial consultation, conceptualization, iterative design process, and final approval of the design.
Medium Projects
(e.g., medium-sized landscape renovation, patio and outdoor living space around .2 acre to .7 acre):
- Design Fee: A fixed fee at $2000
- This fee covers all aspects of the design process, including consultations, conceptualization, detailed visualization, and final approval.
Large Projects
(e.g., extensive landscape redesign, multi-area outdoor renovation .7 – 1 acre ):
- Design Fee: Calculated based on a combination of factors such as square footage, complexity of the design, and estimated hours of work required.
- This fee is often structured as a flat fee from $2500 – $3,000
Additional services such as site surveys, detailed drawings, and 3D renderings may also be included in the fee.
Custom Projects or Estate projects
(e.g., highly specialized or unique designs, large-scale estate landscapes above 1 acre ):
- Design Fee: Calculated based on a combination of factors such as square footage, complexity of the design, and estimated hours of work required.
- This fee is often structured as a flat fee from $3000 – $4,000
This fee may vary significantly depending on the intricacy of the design, site conditions, and any specialized features or materials requested by the client.
